I am a 63 year old who has been running for over 40 years. After being diagnosed with "stage 4" Osteoarthritis in my knees, I started working out with Noel on a weekly basis.

Noel has helped strengthen the muscles around my knees to the point where I can still run regularly and even compete in sprint triathlons and 10k's with absolutely no pain. I have a stronger core and upper body too. I'm probably in the best shape of my life.

In his humorous and gentle way, Noel pushes me and doesn't treat me like the old lady I am. He is totally focused on me during our sessions and he stresses the use of good and safe form. He has taught me how to do exercises on my own, too.

I have worked with several other personal trainers, but Noel is the best by far!

Noel is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had. He will push you outside of your comfort zone and motivates you to continue when you think you can't do anymore. He varies the exercises, no two sessions are the same, so I am constantly seeing improvement and changes in my body. There are so many times I am amazed at what I have done at the end of a session.
